Terms of Service

NumberedEarth is an independently operated, voluntary digital registry. It is not a government census and is not affiliated with any government.

To buy a number you must be legally capable of entering into this purchase.

Each verified email may hold one active number.

The price is a fixed one-time payment of US$4.99.

The next available number in the sequence is assigned only after your payment is confirmed. You cannot select, reserve, trade, resell, auction, or speculate on a specific number through the current service.

Your number stays sealed until you deliberately reveal it.

After you reveal your number, the following may be public: the number, your chosen display name, relevant issue and reveal dates, badge or status, and transfer count where applicable.

Private information such as your email address and payment information is not displayed publicly.

Your display name must not be unlawful, abusive, deceptive, impersonating, infringing, or technically harmful.

We may suspend public display of a number when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security, legal compliance, or an investigation.

Number transfers and self-service account management are not available at launch.

The service and its features may change over time. Issued serial numbers are not silently reassigned to another buyer.

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
