What happens when I scan the QR?
The first scan opens a private preview. Nothing is redeemed until you deliberately press Reveal. After you claim, every scan opens your permanent public page.
Is this the official world population count?
No. NumberedEarth is an independent voluntary digital registry, not an official population census, and is not affiliated with any government.
Can I choose a number?
No. Every participant receives the next available number in the global sequence. That is the point.
Can I buy more than one?
One active number per verified email. The sequence assigns exactly one number at payment.
Is my email shown publicly?
Never. Your email, payment details and legal identity stay private. Only your number and chosen display name are public.
