Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for a NumberedEarth number.

A digital product

Your purchase is a digital product, delivered through a number allocation and a private claim link and QR code sent by email.

When your purchase is issued

After your payment is confirmed and your number is allocated in the database, your purchase is considered issued.

No refund after issuance

We do not provide a refund after issuance simply because you dislike the assigned number, change your mind, do not reveal it, or do not use it.

When we may consider a refund

Duplicate charges.

A confirmed technical failure that prevented issuance or delivery and cannot reasonably be corrected.

An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.

Circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@numberedearth.com. Please include the email address used for the purchase and your Stripe receipt or session reference. Never send full card details.

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on Stripe and your card issuer.

Effect on your number

A refund does not automatically restore, delete, recycle, or reassign an issued number.
